Ajman — B+G+7P+21 Typical Floors Building

Seven podium levels and twenty-one typical floors demand two kinds of control: transition control and repetition control.

We carried out the recorded marble and stone project package for a B+G+7P+21 Typical Floors Building in Ajman with Arabian Falcon Kitchen. The building configuration matters: podium levels and tower floors do not behave like one continuous typical stack. The stone package needs to recognize where the geometry changes, then lock the recurring reference once the twenty-one typical floors begin.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

A completed stone package across a building with seven podium levels and twenty-one typical floors.

The critical point is where the building stops behaving like the podium and starts behaving like the repeatable tower.

Our completed-project register records the Ajman B+G+7P+21 Typical Floors Building with Arabian Falcon Kitchen. The configuration creates two different delivery problems inside one project: changing conditions through basement, ground and podium levels, followed by a long run of repeated typical floors.

We approach that kind of building by separating transition zones from repeat zones. Special floors, podium interfaces, transfer conditions and access routes need individual verification. Once the typical-floor stack begins, the priority shifts toward keeping recurring joints, dimensions and fabricated components tied to one common reference while still checking the actual receiving floor.

The archive does not tell us the exact marble type or room-by-room scope, so we do not invent it. The value of the completed record is the experience of carrying stone work through a complex vertical building where both change and repetition have to be controlled deliberately.
