BEFORE YOU CONTINUE

The short version

We use the information you send to assess projects, prepare quotations, communicate with you, keep enquiry and project records, protect the forms from abuse and understand how visitors use important website actions. We do not ask you to upload identity documents, banking credentials or unrelated sensitive information through the project forms.

01

Information We Collect

The information depends on how you use the website. A visitor who only reads a project page provides far less information than a customer who submits a quotation request with drawings and photographs.

Information You Provide

When you request a site inspection or quotation, the form may ask for your name, company name, telephone number, WhatsApp number, email address, project location, property or project type, approximate area or quantity, material, current condition, access information, preferred timing and your message.

If you contact a team member by telephone, email or WhatsApp, the information you choose to send through that channel may also become part of the enquiry or project record so the team can continue the same conversation.

  • Contact details you intentionally enter, such as your name, phone, WhatsApp and email.
  • Project details such as location, property type, service required, approximate quantity, material, site condition, access restrictions and timing.
  • Messages, questions, drawings, photographs and other information you choose to provide.
  • Consent information recorded when a website form requires you to confirm that we may use the submitted details to respond.

Quotation Forms and Uploaded Project Files

The contact page can accept project photographs and PDF drawings. The homepage quotation form can also accept project images where enabled. These files are used to understand the site, identify the likely service route and prepare or discuss a quotation.

Uploaded files are stored with the enquiry using generated file names and may be shared internally with the active Sales or project team handling your request. A notification email may include links to the uploaded project files so the team can review the same information you submitted.

  • Upload only project information that is genuinely useful for the marble or stone enquiry.
  • Do not upload passports, Emirates IDs, bank-card details, passwords, medical records or unrelated confidential files.
  • If a drawing contains information you do not want to share, remove or redact it before uploading.
  • If you later want an uploaded file removed, contact us and identify the enquiry reference so we can locate the correct record.

Information Collected Automatically

Our current website includes first-party interaction tracking for selected buttons and calls to action. It uses a randomly generated visitor identifier in your browser's local storage and a session identifier in session storage. It can record the page URL and title, the link or button used, destination URL, referrer, marketing parameters such as UTM values or advertising click IDs when present, viewport size and browser user-agent information.

When a contact form is submitted, the site also uses a server-side session for CSRF protection and one-time submission tokens. For abuse prevention, a one-way hash derived from the submitting IP address may be stored with a successful contact-form event; the form rate-limit check does not need to store the raw IP address in that event record.

Normal web hosting and server infrastructure may also process network and request information needed to deliver pages, secure the site and diagnose failures.

02

How We Use Information

We use information for the purpose connected to your enquiry and for the operation and protection of the website.

  • To review your marble or stone requirement and decide whether you need installation, fixing, polishing, cleaning, restoration, fabrication, cladding, exterior work or another service route.
  • To contact you about the enquiry by the communication details you provided.
  • To arrange a site inspection, request missing measurements or drawings, prepare a written scope or quotation, and manage follow-up.
  • To assign an enquiry to an active Sales contact and keep the enquiry history in the website database.
  • To send website enquiry notifications to active Sales email addresses stored in the team directory.
  • To maintain project, quotation, handover, accounting or dispute records where those records are needed for the business relationship.
  • To protect the forms from duplicate submissions, abuse and automated spam.
  • To understand which important website actions are used, such as quote, call, WhatsApp and service-navigation clicks.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, accounting or professional obligations that apply to the actual transaction.
Marketing is not assumed from a quotation request.

Submitting a project enquiry is used first to respond to that project. If separate marketing communications are introduced, they should be handled only where a lawful basis and any required consent or opt-out mechanism apply.

03

Cookies and Analytics

The current website implementation uses a small amount of first-party browser storage and a server session rather than relying on a named third-party analytics platform in the supplied site code.

A PHP session may place an essential session cookie in your browser when session-backed features such as the protected contact form are used. This is used for security controls such as CSRF tokens and one-time submission tokens.

The site's first-party click tracking uses localStorage for a random visitor identifier and sessionStorage for a random session identifier. These values help group interaction events without asking you to create an account.

Marketing parameters present in a landing-page URL, such as UTM values, gclid, fbclid or similar campaign identifiers supported by a form, may be saved with an enquiry or interaction event so we can understand how the enquiry reached the website.

  • Essential session storage/cookies: used to keep protected form sessions working.
  • First-party localStorage/sessionStorage: used for random visitor/session identifiers in interaction tracking.
  • Campaign parameters: saved only when they are present in the URL or submitted with the form.
  • No third-party analytics or advertising provider is named in this policy unless it is actually added to the live website.
If tracking tools change

If the website later adds services such as an external analytics platform, advertising pixel, consent-management platform or payment service, this policy and any required cookie/consent controls should be updated before relying on that new processing.

04

Sharing and Service Providers

We do not need to publish or sell your project information in order to answer your enquiry. Information is shared only where it is needed to operate the site, communicate with you, perform the requested work or meet a legal obligation.

  • Active Sales and project team members who need the enquiry to review, quote or deliver the requested work.
  • Website hosting, database and email-delivery infrastructure used to receive the form, store records and send notifications.
  • WhatsApp or your chosen email/telephone provider when you choose to communicate through those channels.
  • Specialist subcontractors, suppliers or professional advisers only when their involvement is relevant to the project or a legal/business requirement.
  • Authorities, regulators, courts or professional advisers where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
No invented provider list

This page deliberately does not name analytics, CRM, payment or advertising providers that are not confirmed in the current website implementation.

05

Data Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, quotation, project, after-service record, accounting, legal, security or dispute purpose for which it is held.

A quotation that does not proceed may need a shorter business record than a completed project with invoices, drawings, handover information or a later service question. Because those situations differ, this policy does not invent one retention period for every record.

Website enquiry data is stored in the site's enquiry database. Uploaded project files are stored on the website server in enquiry-specific locations. Access should be limited to people or systems that need the information for the relevant business purpose.

We use measures such as server-side validation, prepared database statements, CSRF protection, one-time submission tokens, file-type/size validation, randomized upload names and submission rate limits in the current contact-form implementation. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

  • We may delete, anonymize or archive information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
  • You should keep your own copy of important project drawings or instructions; the website upload form is not intended to be your only document archive.
  • If you believe you sent the wrong file or sensitive information by mistake, contact us promptly and provide the enquiry reference.
06

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on the information involved and the law that applies to the specific request, you may be able to ask us to confirm what personal data we hold, correct inaccurate information, update contact preferences, object to or restrict certain uses, or request deletion where retention is no longer required.

To make a privacy request, use the contact page and identify yourself sufficiently for us to locate the correct enquiry or communication. An enquiry reference, the phone/email used and the approximate submission date can help us find the record without asking you to send unnecessary identity documents.

Some records may need to be retained where required for an ongoing project, invoice, legal obligation, security investigation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. If a request cannot be completed in full, the reason should be explained where appropriate.

  • You can choose not to provide optional fields, but missing project details may limit how accurately we can assess the enquiry.
  • You can choose not to upload files and instead discuss whether drawings or photos are needed.
  • You can leave or clear non-essential browser storage using your browser controls.
  • You can choose whether to continue a website enquiry by telephone, email or WhatsApp.
07

Third-Party Links and Communication Platforms

The website can link you to WhatsApp, maps, social platforms, suppliers, project references or other external websites. When you leave uaemarblefixing.com, the external service controls its own privacy practices.

For example, if you choose a WhatsApp button, the number and message you send are handled through WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy practices. The same principle applies to external maps, social networks or third-party websites.

A link does not mean we control the third party's privacy, security or content. Review the relevant provider's information when that matters to you.

08

Children’s Privacy

This website is designed for property owners, contractors, consultants, designers, facilities teams, businesses and other people arranging marble or stone services. It is not designed as a service for children.

We do not intentionally ask children to submit project enquiries. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website without appropriate involvement from a parent or guardian, contact us so the record can be reviewed.

09

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the website, forms, communication tools, tracking, service providers or legal requirements change.

The effective date shown at the top of this page is 5 September 2026. When a material change affects how website information is handled, the policy should be updated before or when that changed processing goes live.

Older wording does not override a specific written agreement, legal requirement or consent that applies to a particular project or communication.

10

Contact Us About Privacy

If your question is about a website enquiry, uploaded project file, communication preference or privacy request, use the contact page and include enough information for us to find the correct record.

The live contact details shown below are read from the website's active team directory rather than hard-coded into this policy. That means the page can continue to show the current Sales contact when the team record is updated.

  • For a submitted website form, include the enquiry reference if you have it.
  • For an uploaded file, tell us the approximate submission date and the phone/email used.
  • Do not send additional sensitive identity information unless we specifically need a reasonable method to verify a rights request.
