• You are responsible for checking that the information you submit is accurate enough for the purpose you want us to use it for.
• Website availability can be interrupted for maintenance, hosting issues, security events or technical faults; continuous availability is not guaranteed.

A useful quotation depends on the information available at the time. Photos can help us understand a problem, but they cannot always show levels, substrate failure, moisture, hidden services, wall movement or final dimensions.

Natural marble, granite, onyx, travertine, limestone, quartzite and other natural stones are not manufactured to look identical from piece to piece. Veining, shade, mineral markings, texture, pores, fissures and pattern movement can vary within the same material name or supply batch.

A small sample cannot represent every slab. Where appearance is important, slab selection, dry-lay review, book-matching intent, vein direction, range approval or other material-control steps should be agreed before large quantities are cut or installed.

Engineered stone, quartz, porcelain and other manufactured surfaces can also vary by batch, manufacturer and product series, and their fabrication/fixing requirements can differ from natural stone.

Replacement pieces installed later may not match an older or discontinued batch exactly. Availability should be confirmed before damaged or retained areas are assumed to be replaceable with a perfect visual match.

Stone work depends on the structure and surfaces beneath it. Existing damage, movement, moisture, hollow areas, failed screed, cracked substrates, waterproofing problems, corrosion, hidden services or poor previous work can affect what is possible.

Polishing cannot repair every crack, cleaning cannot remove every stain, and restoration cannot make all repaired natural stone invisible. The appropriate result depends on the material, depth of damage, existing finish, substrate and what the customer considers acceptable after inspection or sample work.

For new installation, the fixing system depends on factors such as stone size and weight, substrate, interior/exterior exposure, traffic, height, project specification and manufacturer or engineering requirements. No website paragraph should be read as a universal technical specification.

A good stone finish also depends on the site being ready for the team to work safely and without avoidable damage from other trades.

• Provide agreed access, loading routes, lifts, working hours, permits, inductions and utility access that the quotation assumes.
• Tell us in advance about restricted access, occupied areas, security procedures, permit-to-work requirements or noisy-work limitations.
• Provide or coordinate safe storage and protection areas where the project requires material to be staged on site.
• Other trades should not disturb uncured fixing materials, remove protection, damage finished stone or change controlling interfaces after final measurement without coordination.
• If another trade changes cabinets, walls, thresholds, screeds, waterproofing, services or levels after measurement, affected stone may require re-measurement or re-fabrication.
• We may pause work that cannot reasonably be carried out safely or to the agreed standard because the site is not ready.

Payment terms are project-specific. The deposit (if any), stage payments, due dates, payment methods, tax treatment and final balance are the ones stated in the written quotation, invoice, order confirmation or contract accepted for the project.

The website does not create a universal deposit percentage, cancellation fee or refund promise. If a customer cancels or reschedules after material has been ordered, stone has been cut, labour has been reserved or a site team has mobilised, the actual cost consequences should be handled under the accepted written project terms and applicable law.

Overdue or unpaid amounts may affect further procurement, fabrication, mobilisation or handover where the accepted project documents allow that response.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact the team as early as possible so committed material, workshop and site costs can be identified before assumptions are made about refunds.

Any project warranty is only the warranty expressly stated in the accepted written quotation, handover document or contract. This website does not invent a universal warranty period.

If you believe installed or restored stone has a defect, report it promptly with the project reference, location and clear photographs so the team can assess whether the issue relates to our workmanship, natural material behaviour, the substrate, movement, moisture, misuse, another trade or later damage.

Normal natural variation, pre-existing defects, structural or substrate movement, moisture from sources outside our scope, chemicals, misuse, inadequate maintenance and damage caused by third parties may fall outside a workmanship warranty depending on the agreed project terms.

Care instructions matter. Acidic cleaners, unsuitable chemicals, abrasive tools, standing water, dragging heavy objects or ignoring required sealing/maintenance can damage stone or its finish.

The website text, layout, graphics, brand elements, original project photography and other original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights unless stated otherwise.

You may view and share normal links to the public website. You may not copy substantial website content, project photography, designs or branding for commercial use without permission.

Drawings, logos, patterns, artwork or other material you send for your project remain subject to the rights of their owner. By sending them to us for quotation or execution, you confirm that you are entitled to ask us to use them for that project.

Project-specific shop drawings, templates, cutting files or design-development documents may be governed by the commercial agreement for that project.

We aim to keep website information accurate and useful, but the website cannot account for every site condition, material batch, manufacturer requirement, engineering detail or legal requirement relevant to a specific project.

Do not use website content as a substitute for a site inspection, approved shop drawing, manufacturer instruction, structural/engineering advice or project-specific method statement where one is required.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. Any project-specific allocation of risk, limitation or remedy should be read from the accepted commercial documents and reviewed for the actual contracting entity and jurisdiction.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by the customer or third parties, hidden conditions that could not reasonably be identified, unauthorised changes by other trades, or external services outside our control, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

The website may link to WhatsApp, maps, social platforms, suppliers or other websites. Those services operate under their own terms, availability and privacy practices.

We do not control the content, security or availability of a third-party service merely because the website links to it.

Where a project uses a third-party supplier, manufacturer, specialist subcontractor or payment channel, the relevant project documents should identify the commercial relationship and responsibilities that actually apply.

These website terms are intended for UAE operations. Mandatory laws of the United Arab Emirates and any relevant emirate-level rules apply where they govern the matter.

The legal contracting entity, project location, accepted quotation/contract and any agreed dispute-resolution clause can affect the correct court, forum or procedure for a project dispute. Those details should therefore be taken from the actual signed or accepted commercial documents rather than invented on a generic website page.

If a disagreement arises, the first practical step should be to contact the team with the project reference and a clear description of the issue so the project record, photographs, approvals and scope can be reviewed. Nothing in that process removes any mandatory legal right.

These terms are effective from 5 September 2026. We may update them when the website, services, quotation process, project practices or legal requirements change.

Changes to the website terms do not silently rewrite a project contract that has already been accepted. Existing project rights and obligations continue to be governed by the documents and law applicable to that project.

The current effective date is shown at the top of this page so you can tell which version you are reading.
