We carried out the recorded marble and stone project package across 58+ G+2 and G+1 private villas in Sharjah and Dubai. A completed 58+ villa programme where scale had to be controlled without losing unit-level quality.

What we did on this project

The archive records more than 58 private villas, covering both G+2 and G+1 configurations across Sharjah and Dubai.

That creates two layers of repetition. The programme can benefit from recurring villa-type logic, but every individual villa still has real dimensional differences, site-readiness issues and finish interfaces that need their own verification.

We therefore frame the project around type-based control rather than one universal detail: establish benchmarks by villa type, verify each released unit, allocate stone deliberately and hand over progressively so local issues do not spread across the programme.
