This was not a one-room installation or a single private villa. Our completed-project register records a 604-villa project at Akoya Oxygen, Dubai, delivered with Wood Packer Furniture. At that scale, the job is as much about consistency and sequence as it is about the quality of an individual stone piece.
Our delivery approach for a programme of this size centres on repeatable set-out, controlled fabrication batches, organised movement of prepared pieces to site, installation sequencing and checks that keep the standard consistent as work progresses from villa to villa.
The historical register does not preserve the exact stone schedule for every home, so we have not invented material names or room-by-room quantities. The case study is intentionally focused on the scale, delivery discipline and recorded marble-and-stone involvement that can be supported from the project archive.
