Thirty-six floors create enough repetition for efficiency and enough duration for the benchmark to drift if it is not actively maintained.
We carried out the recorded marble and stone project package for Binghatti Hillside, G+36 in Dubai. The archive provides the tower scale but not the detailed BOQ or separate contractor. This case study is built around mid-to-long high-rise control: benchmark floors, batch consistency, repeated-edge governance, special-floor exceptions and floor-group inspection so small changes do not accumulate through thirty-six levels.

The archive records Binghatti Hillside as a G+36 project in Dubai.
Thirty-six floors create a familiar high-rise tension: enough repetition to standardize the work, but enough time and distance for small deviations to creep into joints, edges, finish or material tone.
We therefore frame this project around active benchmark maintenance. The approved detail is not treated as something set once and forgotten; it is checked through floor groups, material batches and special conditions as the tower progresses.
