Our historical register records MAI DUBAI Water in Dubai with Amana Steel Building. Public project information identifies the wider development as Mai Dubai Factory Expansion in Al Yalayis 2, with a built-up area of approximately 41,850 m² and a project programme completed in 2018.
This context matters because industrial projects are not finished like isolated hospitality interiors. Access can be restricted by equipment installation, technical rooms and commissioning sequences. Finished stone cannot simply be installed whenever it is ready; the receiving work front needs to be stable, surrounding systems need to be understood, and protection needs to remain in place while industrial construction continues around it.
The archive does not preserve the exact marble schedule or tell us which named rooms received stone, so we do not invent those details. The case study instead documents the relevant delivery experience: coordinating an architectural stone package within a large, highly technical food-processing facility.
