Mai Dubai Water — Factory Expansion

Inside a technical facility, architectural stone only works when it respects the systems around it.

We carried out the recorded marble and stone project package for Mai Dubai Water with Amana Steel Building in Dubai. The wider project was a large factory expansion in Al Yalayis 2, built around highly automated production and logistics. That changes the way architectural finishes need to be delivered: work fronts must be released carefully, interfaces with technical systems must be checked, completed stone must be protected, and handover needs to be clean enough for an operationally disciplined environment.

The architectural finish had to be coordinated inside a facility whose wider priority was automated production, logistics and operational control.

Our historical register records MAI DUBAI Water in Dubai with Amana Steel Building. Public project information identifies the wider development as Mai Dubai Factory Expansion in Al Yalayis 2, with a built-up area of approximately 41,850 m² and a project programme completed in 2018.

This context matters because industrial projects are not finished like isolated hospitality interiors. Access can be restricted by equipment installation, technical rooms and commissioning sequences.
