We carried out the recorded marble and stone project package for Khawaneej Police Station in Dubai with CHC. What we did on this project
The historical register records Khawaneej Police Station with CHC and separately records Lehbab Police Station with the same partner.
That creates a useful experience story: standards can carry forward, but site dimensions cannot. Proven public-building expectations for durability, joint consistency and handover can be reused while the Khawaneej building is measured and verified independently.
We therefore avoid claiming the two police stations share the same design or stone specification.
