DIP — G+4 Building

Five building levels can still contain dozens of stone-to-interior interfaces — the challenge is controlling the handoff between trades.

We carried out the recorded marble and stone project package for a G+4 building in Dubai Investment Park with Tamimmi Interiors LLC. Compared with a tall repetitive tower, a G+4 interior-led project concentrates coordination into fewer levels: actual openings, wall build-ups, joinery, doors, MEP interfaces and finished floor junctions can all affect when stone should be measured, fabricated and installed.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

A completed G+4 stone package delivered inside a coordination-heavy interior programme at Dubai Investment Park.

The more finished trades meet the stone, the less useful nominal dimensions become.

Our completed-project register records the DIP G+4 Building with Tamimmi Interiors LLC. On a project like this, the stone package is not isolated from the fit-out around it: floors meet doors and skirtings, fabricated pieces meet wall build-ups and joinery, and installation timing has to respect when the surrounding work is actually ready.

We approach that environment by delaying irreversible decisions until the receiving geometry is reliable. Repeated details can be prepared efficiently, but final fabrication or installation should still follow actual dimensions where the stone terminates against another finished trade.
