We carried out the recorded marble and stone package for ADNOC petrol-station works across 56 different Dubai locations with Amana Steel Building. A programme spread across dozens of sites demanded more than individual workmanship: it required repeatable detailing, controlled preparation, disciplined logistics and a consistent finish from one location to the next.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
The challenge was consistency across distance, access and different site conditions.
Our completed-project register records ADNOC petrol-station work across 56 different Dubai locations with Amana Steel Building. Unlike a single-building package, this type of programme distributes the same quality expectation across many individual sites, each with its own access, programme position and surrounding trades.
We approached the work as a controlled multi-site package: keeping approved references clear, preparing repeated components in organised batches, coordinating material release against site readiness and checking completed work location by location before the same detail moved forward elsewhere.
The archived register does not list the exact stone schedule or every installed surface. We therefore do not assign unverified marble names, quantities or station elements. What this case study demonstrates is our experience delivering a recorded stone package across a broad operational network where consistency and logistics are central to the result.
THE REAL DELIVERY CHALLENGE
The same detail can look correct at one location and drift at the next if references, preparation and inspection are not controlled. We treated consistency between sites as part of the workmanship.
Challenge
Every additional site introduces another set of access conditions, programme dependencies and installation interfaces. Without common references, the finish can gradually change from location to location.
Our response
We organised repeatable preparation around common references, coordinated releases against actual site readiness and reviewed completed work site by site so that one local issue did not become a programme-wide defect.
