Initial Review
The team reviews the location, service, photos / drawings, quantity, material, condition, access and timing. Missing information is clarified before unnecessary mobilisation.
Site Assessment
Where site measurement or inspection is needed, the visit focuses on dimensions, substrate / existing condition, access, interfaces, fixing or treatment route and any assumptions that affect the scope.
Written Scope and Quotation
The quotation should identify the agreed service, quantities or price basis, preparation, fixing / treatment category, finish, protection, programme assumptions, exclusions and validity rather than presenting one unexplained rate.

Can I get a quotation from photographs only?
Sometimes photos and approximate quantities are enough for an initial review, especially for cleaning, polishing, visible damage or straightforward work. Final pricing may still need measurement or a site inspection when dimensions, substrate condition, access, fixing method or fabrication affect the scope.
What information should I provide?
Send the exact location, service or problem, property type, approximate area / quantity, material if known, current condition, useful photos, access restrictions and preferred timing. For new construction, drawings or elevations can help. For existing marble, include one full-area photo plus close views of the problem.
